gomk8 Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "gomk8" refers to the online gambling platform accessible via the gomk8.one website, including all services, games and features provided on it.
• "Platform" means the entire gomk8 digital infrastructure, including the website, mobile application (if any) and related interfaces.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the gomk8 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User to access gomk8 services.
• "Real Money" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or equivalent value in cryptocurrency deposited into a User's Account.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, incentives or additional benefits granted by gomk8 to Users subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering" means the betting requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Responsible Gambling" refers to the framework and tools provided by gomk8 to help Users manage their gambling activity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use gomk8 services, Users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. Online gambling in Malaysia is restricted to individuals who have reached this age.
• Have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or permanent resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Have not previously been suspended or banned from using the gomk8 platform.

During the registration process, Users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including full name, MyKad number or valid identification document, active email address and mobile phone number. gomk8 reserves the right to request Users to submit supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time.

Each User is only allowed to hold one (1) active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, emails, phone numbers or devices, is strictly prohibited.

3. User Account and Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their accounts. This responsibility includes:

• Choosing a strong and unique password, and changing it regularly.
• Not sharing login details with any other party, including family members.
• Ensuring the device used to access the platform is always updated with the latest security software.
• Reporting to gomk8 immediately if unauthorised access to their account is suspected.

gomk8 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the User's own negligence in safeguarding their login information. All activity occurring through a User's account is considered to have been authorised by the User unless a report is submitted within a reasonable time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gomk8 supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian players for convenient financial transactions:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (covering major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum limits set are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method chosen and whether identity verification has been completed. gomk8 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

gomk8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. For withdrawals, third-party payment processors may charge their own fees depending on the method chosen, and this is outside gomk8's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gomk8 offers various bonus programmes to Users, subject to specific conditions set for each promotion. All bonuses are prohibited from being misused or exploited.

Welcome Bonus:

New Users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement applied is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount received before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum limit) → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering required: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

gomk8 VIP Programme:

gomk8 runs a VIP programme with four tiers that provide weekly cashback to loyal Users:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Progression between VIP tiers is based on User activity and loyalty. Other promotions such as birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, reload cashback and crypto promotions may be offered from time to time with conditions set separately.

6. Game Rules and Prohibitions

Users of the gomk8 platform must follow the code of conduct below when using all available gaming services:

• Play fairly and do not use any automated software, bots, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Do not engage in any form of collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Do not exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to gomk8 immediately.
• Do not use funds obtained from illegal activities to make deposits into the platform.
• Do not use a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

gomk8 uses an advanced detection system to monitor suspicious gameplay patterns. Any breach of these terms will result in appropriate action, including reduction of winnings, account suspension, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

gomk8 reserves the right to close or suspend any User account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registration of multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempts to exploit the bonus system unfairly.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the gomk8 customer support team via live chat or email. In the case of closure at the User's request, any valid real-money balance will be returned after the required verification has been completed.

8. Responsible Gambling

gomk8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core part of platform operations. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or social problems.

As part of this commitment, gomk8 provides the following tools to help Users manage their activity:

• Self-exclusion deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Cool-off: An option to temporarily suspend the account if a User feels they need a break.

To the extent permitted by law, gomk8 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling decisions made by the User.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including technical failures, internet outages, or third-party issues.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account resulting from the User's own negligence.
• Processing delays caused by third-party verification processes or financial institutions.

10. Amendment of Terms

gomk8 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the gomk8.one website. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest terms periodically.

Continued use of the gomk8 platform after amendments are published is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If a User does not agree with any amendment, they must stop using the platform and request account closure.
